The Family Restored Scholarship Criteria :
*Must read before applying*
Who is eligible for a scholarship?
The Family Restored Scholarship is for individuals who are willing to commit to a 12 step program (The program is chosen by us, not the individual applying) for a minimum of 6 months and are in need of financial help to do so. Scholarships are granted on a monthly basis and are only awarded to individuals who prove they are in need of financial help and follow the suggestions of The Family Restored Representative working with them.
The Family Restored Representative will typically suggest the individual applying to section 35 themselves if in Massachusetts or check themselves into a program like the Salvation Army for at least a month before being eligible for a scholarship.
What is the process?
We want to help those who are interested and willing to get sober. Once the applicant has filled out the application, they will be contacted by a member of TFR to complete a prescreen and continue to check in with TRF.
Where do Applicant’s go for services?
If there is a scholarship available and the applicant has been approved, TFR will discuss what treatment options are available. If the applicant is only interested/willing to go to a specific program, they should not apply to this scholarship and contact that organization directly to see if they have funds available.
There are more partial scholarships available at any given time so if some finances are available, state this information on the application below.
